Sublime were engaged on a Design and Construct Contract to complete the full electrical services package associated with the construction of a new Central Production Kitchen facility to service the Anglicare network.
Our contract included upgrade of the onsite kiosk substation, installation of a 330KVA backup generator and detailed design co-ordination with the kitchen equipment suppliers, mechanical and refrigeration trades.
Our responsibilities included;
Level 1 upgrade of existing Kiosk substation
Installation of a new 330KVA Diesel Generator
Switchboards and submains
Light and power
Communications
Dry Fire detection
Security and Access Control
Synchronised clock system
Energy management system
