Over the past decade, Peter has been involved in a diverse range electrical projects, demonstrating notable success across commercial, educational, civil, and aged care sectors.
With strong project management experience, Peter is involved in project from start to finish – ensuring all aspects of design, construction and handover are seamlessly provided for clients and contractors alike. Having transition from a site management role – Peter possesses firsthand insight into the challenges faced on-site. This experience allows him to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they arise, contributing to a smoother project execution.
Peter maintains a close eye of all site teams and daily tasks, offering technical knowledge and experience when necessary. His hands-on approach ensures effective communication, efficiency, and the successful resolution of challenges.
Peter Sandrone - Project Manager
John has been ingrained in the Electrical Industry over the last 40 years. In this time completing an Electrical Trades Certificate and advancing through various roles such as Foreman, Supervisor and Project Manager with reputable companies.
Over the past 20 years John’s experience has been as an Electrical Estimator, a skill he has honed completing multi-million dollar electrical tender submissions on Infrastructure, Education, Commercial, Government and Multi Residential projects.
John has a strong drive to exceed our clients’ needs and works closely with our project team post tender to ensure the best project outcome.
Michael’s combined 19years of experience in the Electrical Trade and 10 years’ experience in site/project management has seen the successful completion of multiple large-scale commercial, industrial, school and aged care projects.
Michael oversees projects from procurement to handover and enjoys collaborative work. Michael is the problem solver and can-do person, when no one else can.
Michael’s friendly and positive outlook enables him to maintain relationships with builders, suppliers and the Sublime team with ease.
With over 12 years’ experience of financial and people management in Hospitality, Residential Building and Aviation Lighting, Zoie works closely with the director to ensure Sublime Electrical remains financially robust.
Zoie Handles all aspects of administration from payroll, accounts, financial reports and safety documentation.
Zoie is always ready to lend a helping hand and no problem is too difficult!

Tim has over 17 years’ experience delivering outstanding results on Commercial, Civil, Education, and Residential projects.
He successfully heads a close-knit professional team with a hands-on focus for high quality installations. Tim realises the importance of supporting our client to ensure each project is completed on time and budget with attention to detail throughout.
Tim is always on the lookout for new technology, ideas and methodologies that can increase team productivity on site.
